SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Printed art needs at least 2 business days to produce before it ships. We ship Monday–Friday only. Signed copies on backorder may add up to 10 days before shipping. Digital products are delivered electronically (no shipping). Delivery estimates at checkout are transit time after production/signing.

Scope

Processing & Production Times

  • Printed Art: Minimum 2 business days production time with our printing partner (in addition to transit time).
  • Signed copies (backorder): If your signed copy is on backorder, please allow up to 10 days for us to receive inventory for signing before it ships. Transit estimates begin after signing is completed.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom: Production timelines are communicated at order approval.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
  • Digital Products: Delivered electronically; no shipping involved.

Shipping Days & Methods

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday via common carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL as available).
  • Service levels and rates are shown at checkout.
  • Expedited methods reduce transit time only; they do not shorten stated production or signing time.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • If your shipping address needs correction, contact us immediately: https://mandakyns.com/contact/
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted.

Tracking

  • Where available, a tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Loss, Damage, or Theft in Transit

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of any issue.
  • Damaged items: Keep all packaging; photograph the box, label, and contents.
  • Lost/Stolen: We’ll assist in filing a carrier claim. Replacements/refunds depend on carrier determination and any purchased coverage.
  • Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship to many countries. Taxes/duties/brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • We cannot ship to locations under comprehensive U.S. sanctions or where carriers lack service; availability may change without notice.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

  • Returned, refused, or undeliverable packages may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.
  • Reshipments require payment of new postage.
