Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy begins 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we apologize that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange on the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. If package arrives in damaged condition, please take photos of the manner in which the item was received from the shipping carrier. When the contents of a package are received damaged, we require photos to process the return. Returns must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Consultation
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products
  • Downloadable software products

To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of the invoice or printed receipt is acceptable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the purchaser that we have received the returned item. Additionally, we will notify via email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved for a refund, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of decision to refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Funds may take longer to arrive depending on the time it takes financial institutions to process returns.

Please first check with the financial institution or bank account to determine if the refund has been received. Next, contact the bank to inquire about the processing time before a refund is posted.

It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

After contacting financial institutions, if the refund still has not been received yet, please contact us by email.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded in full. Sale items are refunded at the rate of sale.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is desired, send us an email and securely send the item to the address contained in the return acceptance email within 30 days of receipt.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the shipping address, the purchaser or gift-giver will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be provided to the gift-giver.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will issue a refund to the gift-giver and notify them of the return.

To return a product purchased from Mandakyns LLC, mail in secure packaging with a shipping carrier to the address contained within the return acceptance email.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs of returning purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on destination and carrier, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach an address may vary.

If returning more expensive items, it’s highly suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. Tracking helps identify the location of the package. Insurance with the shipping carrier may allow investments to be recovered in the event that the package is damaged, lost, or stolen. We are unable to guarantee our receipt of returned item from the shipping carrier.
