REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

TL;DR: Physical goods: 30-day returns if unused and in original condition. 
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. 
Personal care items are non-returnable if opened/used. 
Classes/workshops are non-refundable (except when canceled due to local inclement weather).
Custom-work deposits are non-refundable; unpaid balances after 30 days may be canceled with the work resold.

Return Window & Eligibility (Physical Goods)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and original packaging.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads / digital products: Non-refundable once files have been delivered or accessed. If you have a technical issue, we’ll re-deliver or provide a functional replacement.
  • Personal care products (e.g., soaps): Returns accepted only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened/used items are not eligible.
  • Custom work & commissions (deposit): The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Gift cards, consultations, and other items as described on their product pages.

Printed Art & Made-to-Order Items

  • Printed art is produced to order. Returns for preference (e.g., size/aesthetic) are generally not accepted once production begins.
  • If your print arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or appropriate remedy.

Classes & Workshops

  • Non-refundable. Seats must be secured (paid in advance) to allow for materials and instructor planning.
  • Inclement weather: If an event is canceled due to inclement weather at the event location, we will offer a reschedule or a refund.

Custom Work & Commissions (Payments & Ownership)

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is due to begin work; it covers design time, materials, and scheduling.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and invoicing. If unpaid for 30 calendar days after the invoice due date, we may cancel the order, retain the deposit, and offer the work for resale. Deliverables and usage rights transfer only after full payment.
  • Applied in accordance with applicable South Carolina law (Cherokee County jurisdiction as relevant).

Exchanges & Defects

  • For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds (When Approved)

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval/denial.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days (bank processing times vary).

Return Shipping

  • Unless we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, use trackable and insured shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check with your bank/card issuer first; processing can take several days.
  • If issues persist after checking with your bank, contact us with your refund confirmation.
