Membership Terms
Memberships are billed automatically each month through Stripe and will continue until canceled.
Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled by appointment based on instructor availability.
Students are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
Missed & Unused Lessons
Membership lessons must be used during the current billing cycle and do not accumulate from month to month.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
Membership lessons do not roll over to future months unless approved in advance.
Members are encouraged to use all included sessions during each billing period.
Materials
Students may bring their own watercolor supplies.
Supply recommendations can be provided for beginners.
Basic materials may be available for use during lessons.
Location
Lessons are conducted in person in Gaffney, South Carolina, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund charges already processed for the current billing period.
